Ruff Rafters itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. All game progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage frameworks.
We do not require account creation, login, or any personally identifiable information to play the game.

Our app uses the following third-party services that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

- Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) — Before any tracking occurs for ad personalization, we request your permission through Apple's ATT framework. You can choose to allow or deny tracking. If you deny, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.
- Apple SKAdNetwork — We participate in Apple's SKAdNetwork for privacy-preserving ad attribution. This does not identify you personally.
Data Stored on Your Device
The following data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us:
- Game progress (high scores, coins earned, levels completed)
- Unlocked characters, boats, and cosmetic items
- Game settings (audio volume, selected character)
- Daily challenge progress
- Achievement records
This data can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the app.
Children's Privacy
Ruff Rafters is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since we do not collect any personal data from any user, no special provisions for children's data are required.
Analytics
We do not use any first-party analytics or tracking tools. We do not track your behavior, session length, or gameplay patterns on our servers.
